Ho acquistato per la prima volta su questo sito un paio di stivali Fuel ad un prezzo più basso rispetto tutti gli altri siti. Stivali arrivati puntuali, ben imballati, tutto perfetto. Ho dovuto restituire gli stivali per problemi di calzata e la cosa più importante è che il reso è stato semplice e il rimborso altrettanto veloce. Consiglio quindi questo sito per affidabilità e per convenienza sui prodotti venduti.

READ CAREFULLY THIS RATING
The company is definitely FIRST CLASS in service and I would be back buying their goods if not for two facts:
1) They showed different prices on French and Italian websites which is not an acceptable practice. When I accidentally discovered that the same merchandise was €40.00 cheaper on the French website I was negatively surprised and complained. To their merit though, they immediately refunded the difference. So please pay attention and compare.
2) Their Sales Return policy is not attractive. I had - reluctantly - to send them back the Jacket I've purchased because the size - well advertised by the vendor - was the right one but definitely not matching my very standard size. Not their fault, but the producer's. Bottom line, they don't have a return-free policy and sending them back the Jacket costed me 18% of a fairly expensive apparel. I will be a happy returning customer only if they change their return policy to something more acceptable like a fixed cost with a courier of their own. Again to their credit, refund was complete and timely.
