Sono una nuova cliente e resterò tale grazie all'eccellente trattamento del mio primo ordine. Nessun problema con l'interfaccia utente, conferma dell'ordine immediata, tracking accurato e puntuale, articoli in perfetto stato grazie anche al confezionamento perfetto. I placed an order on 13/12/2023 after seeing the very clear promise to deliver before Christmas for orders received before 15/12/2023 at 16.00. More than 48 hrs before deadline, I felt comfortable. After order, nothing, still in processing, no developments, no updates or info despite three emails sent to service. This is legally an intentional customer mislead at your advantage and and an unacceptable lack of customer info. It is sanctionable. Without your public reassurance and promises about delivery, I would have ordered elsewhere. If I do not receive before Christmas as promised I will bear heavy practical and financial damages and I will not have time / ways to recover or proceed differently.

Pessimo servizio clienti
immediatamente dopo aver effettuato un ordine -nei 15 minuti successivi- ho prontamente avvisato di aver sbagliato ad indicare la taglia corretta e di spedirmi quindi la taglia corretta. Nonostante ciò mi è stato inviato il prodotto con la taglia non corretta che ho prontamente rispedito al mittente con i relativi costi di spedizione a mio carico. Tempo sprecato, risorse sprecate, logistica per un pacco che ha girato mezza Europa in andata e ritorno quando sarebbe stato sufficiente far partire la taglia corretta.

Ho comprato 4 volte sul sito, la prima volta un paio di occhiali da montagna e mi sono arrivati senza un pezzo. la seconda volta tutto ok, la terza volta tutto ok, l'ultima volta ho comprato un piumino della arc'teryx ed è arrivato con una macchia enorme davanti. Magari è solo sfortuna però nel mio caso sono 2 volte su 4, bah.

Troppo giorni per la consegna
Pagata con pay pal il 21/10 e ancora31/10 la merce non e' arrivata ... Nemmeno fosse in Cina!
E' inutile che scriviate sul sito arriva in 4/5 giorni lav. se non siete in grado di mantenere quanto promesso.

Bei uns kam es in der Vorweihnachtszeit zu Bearbeitungsengpässen, weshalb die Bearbeitung der Bestellungen länger andauerte. Auch unsere Versanddienstleister mussten mit einem erhöhten Aufkommen zurechtkommen, weshalb es viele Verspätungen gab. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns und hoffen, dass alles andere zu Deiner Zufriedenheit war.

Sono 4 giorni che ho ordinato sacche portasci, ordine n° 33614584 del 29/05/2023 ma ancora non risulta preparato il pacco e la spedizione...alle e mail ancora non rispondono e i numeri telefonici sono bloccati... non si fanno cosi le vendite on line, la merce doveva arrivare in 5-7 giorni lavorativi.... pessima sensazione

Ordine del 29 Maggio sembra sia partito.... ma oggi 9 giugno... su DHL ce solo numero ordine trasmesso dal mittente.... intanto Berg ha emesso fattura... ma il materiale ordinato quando arriverà??Sito non e in linea con i negozi on line europei.....giudizio nettamente insufficiente!

Mancanza foto consone
Ho acquistato un pantalone dove da foto non era ben chiaro del colore del tessuto, ho dovuto fare quindi il reso e rimetterci € 9,95 di reso che non avrei dovuto a mio avviso pagare visto e considerato che le foto non erano per nulla chiare, anzi fuorvianti
