Ho già acquistato in questo negozio fornitissimo del migliore abbigliamento tecnico dei principali brand mondiali. Stavolta ho comprato 4 articoli ma all'arrivo il più costoso non soddisfaceva le mie esigenze. Ho fatto il reso trattenendo gli altri capi e rispedendo solo quello interessato come da istruzioni presenti sia nel sito che nella brochure allegata ai capi. Non appena lo hanno ricevuto hanno disposto il riaccredito. Top!

I placed an order on 13/12/2023 after seeing the very clear promise to deliver before Christmas for orders received before 15/12/2023 at 16.00. More than 48 hrs before deadline, I felt comfortable. After order, nothing, still in processing, no developments, no updates or info despite three emails sent to service. This is legally an intentional customer mislead at your advantage and and an unacceptable lack of customer info. It is sanctionable. Without your public reassurance and promises about delivery, I would have ordered elsewhere. If I do not receive before Christmas as promised I will bear heavy practical and financial damages and I will not have time / ways to recover or proceed differently.
