Non essendo competente nel settore poiché agli inizi, sono stato personalmente presso il punto vendita, per l'acquisto di una MTB e solo grazie al personale addetto disponibilissimo (Marco), che mi ha illustrato le varie tipologie e caratteristiche, sia per il nuovo e che per l'usato, sono riuscito a scegliere il modello adatto alle mie esigenze. Si consiglia vivamente!
A very fast transport to germany. Now the Bad things: a damaged fork, no warranty certificate, no invoice...
I got the bike from the delivery partner and there where no signs of any damages on the package. Unfortunately the bike Shows damages on the lower side of the fork. Also the adjuster is in no good shape. I already sent two email to the customer with an complete description and photos, showing the Problem. I got no answer Till now... I will wait untill the end of this week and of there was still no reaction from evolutionbikes.it, I will contact Paypal.
Il pacco non è ancora arrivato , avete affidato alle poste che dicono di avere indirizzo errato.
Il mio indirizzo è associato a pay pall quindi impossibile che sia errato.

Acquistato e pagato la bicicletta il giorno 27 novembre e attualmente oggi giorno 7 dicembre non è ancora stata spedita. Se entro oggi non parte la spedizione chiedo il rimborso totale e faccio una segnalazione

Don't buy!
Contact with the store is difficult. I have a huge problem getting a European VAT invoice as proof of purchase. They don't respond. I do not recommend evolutionbikes.it! If I had known there would be such problems, I would never have used their offer.

Dear customer, according to the terms and conditions of sale ...entering your tax code when making a purchase implies that you are acting as a Consumer pursuant to art. 3, I paragraph, letter. a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206). Please remember that the quality of Consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, professional or artisanal activity carried out...
