Customer care is kind of poor, they do respond but with inaccurate or missing infos. I bought a RGB led strip and asked what I need to make it work, one of the item suggested (the remote control) came from another site (they apologised), but in the end a component - they didn’t mention when I wa placing the order - is missing and need to re order separately (it means more shipping costs). Why don’t they just indicate the whole set one needs to make a product work I.e. a RGB stripe? Maybe the can sell set combos for examples. Also they say there’s a bug in the website that declares free shipping with a certain sum, but when you check out the shipping sum is still there. There is definitely space for overall improvement.
