Hi Samarth, we’re sorry for your feedback and for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, there was a price synchronization error on one product out of around 200,000 items in our catalog. The displayed price was significantly lower than the correct price, so we were unable to proceed with the order fulfillment.
Had the difference been minor, we would have done our best to make an exception. We sincerely apologize again for the situation and thank you for your understanding.
