Tracking clearly shows: 03 Feb 2026 – Delivery awaiting collection – Parcel available at pick-up point. The shipment was available for collection, but it was not collected. The order was therefore handled correctly and in full compliance with the agreed delivery terms. Leaving a negative review for an order that was properly shipped and made available for collection does not reflect the actual service provided.
