uw verklaring is feitelijk onjuist.
Uit de officiële gegevens van de vervoerder blijkt duidelijk dat het pakket correct is verzonden naar het opgegeven adres, en dat het op [10:37 – Bergen op Zoom] is geweigerd door de ontvanger, zoals vermeld in de trackinginformatie:
“RETURN IN TRANSIT – PARCEL REFUSED BY CONSIGNEE – RETURN TO SENDER”.
Er is dus geen sprake van een niet-aangeboden levering, maar van een bewuste weigering van het pakket bij het aangewezen afhaalpunt (Primera Zonneplein).
